As required by federal tax law, once a donation has been processed, it becomes the property of Live Hard Movement, and Live Hard Movement has exclusive legal control over the donated funds.  Live Hard Movement makes a good faith effort to utilize a gift for the purposes of the project named, however, Live Hard Movement, reserves the right to re-grant gifts where, in Live Hard Movement’s sole discretion.
